Trip to SMCC - Friday, April 5th

Fraser Clan students will visit Southern Maine Community College on Friday, April 5th . They will tour the campus, gaining exposure and awareness as to what the college has to offer.  Students may bring their own lunch, order a school bag lunch, or purchase an all-you-can-eat lunch from the dining hall for $7.00.  Students were given permission slips today.  Please make sure that those are filled out and returned to Mrs. Norton asap!  Thanks!

Travis Roy

Today our students had the good fortune to listen to a very motivational speech by Travis Roy.  Travis was a BU hockey player who, in the first 11 seconds of his first game as a college player, hit the boards and broke his neck.  He's been paralyzed ever since.  He said that he lived the first 20 years of his life with a passion; he's lived the rest of his years with a purpose.  Inspirational, to say the least.

Picture Day - Wednesday, April 3rd!

 This year the spring pictures will have a different process.  Pictures will be pre-paid, as they are in the fall.  Every student should be encouraged to have their picture taken for the collage, though.  The student will also get a proof of their picture to give parents/guardians a chance to purchase them on-line.   

MEA Testing Begins on Monday!

MEA Testing will begin on Monday, March 18th!

It is important that students come to school with their laptops fully charged.

High School Class Sign-Ups This Tuesday, the 12th!!

All 8th graders will be meeting with their high school guidance counselors on Tuesday, the 12th, to sign up for their high school classes.  Prior to that, they must know how to access Student-Vue in Synergy.  They must also have their yellow course slips, signed by parents/guardians with them.

"Fans in the Stands" - Unified B'ball Game Sign-Up for Th., 3/7

On Thursday, 3/7, We will be hosting a Unified Basketball Game at 3:15. This time will allow students to take activity busses home. Now that we have our own travel Unified Basketball Team, this will be our new way of supporting our “Fans in the Stands”. We encourage all staff and students to stay after school. Students must complete this form if they plan to stay.
