Waiver Forms for BEMS Day

If you have signed up for a BEMS event that requires a waiver, it's important that you print one up and have it fully completed and submitted to your HR teacher by Friday, February 15th.  Check the links below:

Hat Day - Friday, February 1st!

On Friday, February 1st, students may pay a dollar to wear a hat.

 All money raised will be going to the foundation, Cure for IBD: Funding Crohn's and Colitis Research, in support 

of Kaitlyn Kelly, a Cunningham student (mom gave me permission to use her name).  Kaitlyn is a warrior and 

lives with Crohn's disease.  She is currently unable to attend school due to issues associated with her disease. 

 She and her family are actively involved with fundraising for this cause and we wanted to do something to show 

our love and support for her.   Pay $1 or more to wear a hat!

Kudos to BE Idol Winners!!

Kudos to our very own Clan Fraser students, Nick Freeman and Katen Forrest!  They were finalists in Saturday night's BE Idol.  Nick finished first, overall, with a drum performance entitled "Jig 2" (he had created 75% of the piece).  Katen placed second with a song that she wrote entitled "Brilliant".  She sang her original lyrics, and played the original tune, on her acoustic guitar.

Snack Donations, Please!

We are looking for donations of healthy snacks that can be given to kids who are staying after school for extra help. Students can bring them in and give them to either Ms. Lund or Mrs. Norton.  This would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance!

Summer Philly Trip Info. Was Handed Out Today!

Winter 2 Sports Schedule

Archery Club

Mr. Andreasen (8th grade teacher) spoke to the students today about an Archery Club that he is running.  Forms are available, to completed by interested students and their parents.  He will let the students know when the next meeting is (they will be typically held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).  If a student is interested, he/she may obtain a form from Mrs. Norton.
